TUBING WE HAVE TO OFFER
Polyurethane
The Toughest Flexible Tubing on the Market.
The Gold Standard for Pneumatic & Hydraulic Systems
Don’t let inferior tubing be the weak link in your operation. Our white-labeled Polyurethane series is engineered using 100% Ether-based resins, ensuring your lines never degrade, crack, or lose flexibility—even in high-humidity environments where standard “Ester-based” tubes fail.
Why Our Polyurethane Stands Alone
“Self-Heal” Kink Recovery: Both the 95A and 98A variants feature advanced elastic memory. If a line is accidentally pinched or crushed during a shift, it is designed to spring back to its original shape without permanent deformation or flow restriction.
Superior Fitting Grip: Our 98A series is specifically optimized for Push-to-Connect fittings. The increased wall hardness allows the fitting’s internal teeth to “bite” securely, preventing leaks and accidental blow-outs under high-cycle vibration.
Abrasion & Chemical Resistance: Designed to replace wood, rubber, and even metal in high-wear areas. It is highly resistant to oils, fuels, and many industrial chemicals, making it ideal for oil pipelines and hydraulic seals.
Total Color Control: Available in 28 standard colors, allowing you to color-code your facility (e.g., Blue for Air, Red for High Pressure, Yellow for Vacuum) to reduce maintenance errors and downtime.

Nylon
The Professional Choice for High-Stress Industrial Environments
When the success of your project depends on materials that refuse to fail, our Nylon 11 stands alone. Engineered from premium, bio-based Polyamide 11 resins, this tubing offers a superior strength-to-weight ratio and a higher level of impact resistance than standard polyamides. Designed for the most demanding industrial environments, it remains stable and crack-resistant across a massive temperature range, from frozen outdoor lines to high-heat engine compartments.
Why Nylon 11?
While Nylon 12 is a common industry standard, our Nylon 11 offers distinct mechanical advantages for critical systems:
Superior Impact Resistance: Remains flexible and tough even in sub-zero temperatures (rated down to -60°F) where other plastics become brittle.
Lower Moisture Absorption: Maintains its dimensional stability and mechanical strength in humid or wet environments better than Nylon 6 or 12.
Greater UV Stability: Naturally more resistant to degradation from sunlight, making it the ideal choice for outdoor exposure.
High-Pressure Reliability: Designed for rigorous pneumatic and hydraulic applications. Its high burst-pressure rating allows for a thinner wall pipe, reducing weight without sacrificing safety.
Chemical & Corrosion Immunity: Fully resistant to solvents, oils, greases, fuels, and hydraulic fluids. It is the definitive solution for chemical processing lines and oil processing.
Lightweight Metal Replacement: With its incredible strength-to-weight ratio, our Nylon 11 is frequently used as a corrosion-resistant substitute for metal piping, slashing assembly weight and installation time.

| Color | Opaque / Milky White |
| Shore Hardness | D50 – D65 |
| Friction Coefficient | 0.05 to 0.10 (Ultra-Low) |
| Water Absorption | <0.01% (Hydrophobic) |
Why Choose the “Milky White” Standard?
Extreme Chemical Defense: From aggressive acids to volatile solvents, this tubing is chemically inert. It won’t leach into your media, and the media won’t degrade the tube.
Thermal Superiority: While other plastics melt or become brittle, our PTFE remains stable from -400°F up to 500°F. It thrives in the extremes where standard polymers fail.
The Slickest Surface on Earth: Its ultra-low coefficient of friction means lower pressure drops and a “self-cleaning” nature that resists clogs, scales, and biological growth.
Superior Opacity: The milky white finish provides a clean, professional look for industrial machinery and helps protect light-sensitive media from UV exposure.
Built for the Toughest Sectors
Industrial Automation: Ideal for pneumatic lines and custom assembly builds where durability is the priority.
Food & Beverage: FDA-compliant material that handles high-temp washdowns and aggressive cleaning agents without breaking down.
Electrical & Aerospace: High dielectric strength makes it an elite choice for wire harnessing and high-voltage insulation in tight enclosures.
Design Note: This tubing is “dead-soft” flexible, meaning it holds its shape well during routing without the “spring-back” common in cheaper plastics, making it perfect for organized, professional-grade installs.
Looking to spec this for a specific project?
Semi-Transparent PTFE Tubing
When your application demands the legendary resilience of PTFE but requires a visual on what’s happening inside the line, our Semi-Transparent PTFE Tubing is the professional’s standard.
Standard PTFE is often “milky” or opaque, leaving you in the dark. Our semi-clear formulation provides enough translucency to monitor fluid flow, air bubbles, or contaminant buildup without sacrificing a single degree of performance.
Why Engineers Specify Our PTFE
Ultimate Thermal Range: Whether you are dealing with cryogenic temperatures or high-heat manifolds, this tubing maintains its integrity from -400°F to 500°F.
Universal Chemical Inertness: It is virtually unaffected by acids, bases, or solvents. If you’re pumping it, this tubing can likely handle it.
The “Non-Stick” Standard: With one of the lowest coefficients of friction of any solid material, it ensures maximum flow rates and prevents sediment from “grabbing” the interior walls.
Infinite Service Life: Resistant to UV degradation, moisture, and oxidation, this tubing doesn’t just work—it lasts.
